In Norse Mythology the World Tree, Yggdrasil, is the center of the nine worlds
I am adventuring in a far away land, and my heart is no longer here nor there, materially in one place, spiritually in another - It now finds its home in cyberspace, inextricably bound to the World Tree, whereby it may remain connected to every world in which I have ever lived. We had a liesurely Sunday...went to mass, had a lovely brunch - and i spent the day out on the lawn (it was a delightful 60 deg out!) reading and sketching, and just watching the clouds roll by. Mary spent the day "tidying up" around the house which, she says, was very enjoyable... gosh, I just don't know any other people like that - people that find inner peace by organizing and making external peace (hmm, do you Em??)
After a few days the color mellowed out, and Mary decided she wanted to keep her dye job. So, i was allowed a photo. The color is lighter than she's ever gone before, but i think it looks super cute =) It's kinda funny, Mary was saying that we practically have the same hair color now - and it's true, when we stand side by side it kinda looks that way - but for her it was a shift lighter, and for me a shift darker.

Looks good I think.
Of course, I am totally with Mary on the tidying up. Inner peace is easily found when communing with nature while relaxing in the front yard, but inner peace should spill out and be reflected in your interior surroundings. Messy houses and offices stress me out. I pretty much have everyone at work trained now not to dump stuff on my desk. I'm still working on Amy to get her to help me with an occasional chore around the house though. =) -Emily
